Dining Out In The Northwest

“Dining Out in the Northwest™” aims to educate and encourage the general public to sample the vast variety of our local cuisine more often. Through some collaborative efforts, we hope to leverage our commitment and resources to promote the type of dining experience that can only be provided by our local independent operators. Industry publications repeatedly say that the proliferation of national restaurant chains is not only prevalent in big cities, but has also taken hold in local neighborhood dining. In many cases, independent operators do not have the “mega” budgets to carry their message to the public to compete on the level of a national chain. “Dining Out in the Northwest™” is our attempt to help deliver the “local” message.  “Dining Out in the Northwest™” reflects our commitment to support our local economy and community, because it is local independent restaurateurs who capture our community's flavor and unique personality.  This innovative marketing campaign is designed exclusively for our local independent restaurants. Our goal is to provide additional market exposure for the restaurants, resulting in increased dining traffic, brand awareness and consumer loyalty.

The Dining Out in the Northwest™ brand has developed awareness and a following in other areas of the Northwest. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of this exciting opportunity in the greater Spokane area. Through a developing media and internet campaign, we want to encourage everyone in the area to dine at their favorite local, independent restaurant.
